Crosswinds Prayer Trust
Crosswinds Prayer Trust (aka Prayer Network UK) is an inter-denominational Christian ministry that aims to mobilise, equip, connect and teach about Christian Prayer and mission.
We believe that 'Prayer changes things!'. Prayer is the bedrock without which we could not expect to see positive transformation and renewal in our lives, our communities, our nations and across the world.
Our work is local to national and international. We are here to serve God’s Kingdom in whatever ways we can.
Our work varies from local events and initiatives, preaching and teaching on prayer and mission, using media and the internet to mobilise and connect people in prayer, and helping to run events that aim to mobilise prayer for our world.
As well as partnering in the Interseed House of Prayer, Crosswinds are joint pioneers of the PrayerHub.tv project which connects believers in prayer around the world. Its current phase has mobilised and informed many millions of people globally.
Our motivation comes from a Bible verse - 2 Chronicles chapter 7 verse 14:
'if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.'
Our work is largely voluntary. We are grateful to like-minded people who give generously to further our work and vision.
