Across every continent, the Church is being called to run after the heart of God with undivided devotion. In a world that pulls us in countless directions, God is inviting His people to reorient their hearts around one pursuit: My best for His glory.

'PURSUE' invites believers worldwide into ten days of focused, Scripture-led prayer — worshipping, repenting, and yielding everything to the Lordship of Jesus, so that His likeness might be formed in us and His Kingdom revealed through us.

Each day carries its own dimension of this pursuit — unity, the Kingdom, harvest, promises, and the return of our Lord. And throughout, we turn our hearts daily toward God's first covenant people, Israel and the Jews, praying for His peace, His promises, and His salvation to be fulfilled among them.

About this Guide…

Running from 11th–21st September 2026, each day begins with a biblical theme, a devotional reflection, and focused prayer points for a real city and region of the world.

'PURSUE' is available free from the 110 Cities Website

From there, you will be guided through prayer for a different Focus City each day — Yangon, Ulaanbaatar, Mumbai, Tashkent, Mecca, Dar Es Salaam, Kano, Paris, Mexico City, and New York — praying for the harvest, for reconciliation, and for God's Kingdom to come among the unreached peoples of each region. And each day also carries a specific prayer focus for Israel and the Jewish people — for salvation, discernment, God's presence, and the fulfilment of His covenant promises.

The final day falls on Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement itself, when we join the Global Family in a 24-hour Global Day of Prayer for Israel and the Jewish people — aligning our intercession with God's redemptive plan for all nations.

These are not distant, disconnected prayers. They are threads in one story — God gathering the nations and remembering His first family, in the same ten days.
