Christian singer Zahriya Zachary has shared a remarkable testimony of being instantly healed from clinical depression, describing it as one of the most profound experiences of her life. Speaking at the KLOVE Awards, where she was nominated for Breakout Single of the Year, Zachary recounted how years of struggle ended during a worship gathering when fellow believers prayed for her. She said she experienced a powerful encounter with God, after which the oppressive darkness she had carried for years completely disappeared. Zachary described feeling as though the burden had been 'ripped out' of her chest, leaving her with a new sense of freedom and peace. She emphasised that while life still brings challenges, the deep depression has never returned. Even more remarkably, she said subsequent medical assessments confirmed dramatic changes, providing evidence of her recovery.
