Former professional ghost hunter Kristina Costanza has shared how encountering Jesus Christ led her to abandon witchcraft and occult practices completely. Her fascination began as a teenager visiting Salem, Massachusetts, and developed into tarot reading, spells and attempts to communicate with spirits. Costanza eventually helped establish an all-female paranormal investigation team and appeared on television exploring alleged demonic activity. However, she says her increasing involvement brought depression, anxiety and disturbing experiences into her home. During the pandemic, Costanza began encountering Christian teaching online and felt prompted to watch an Easter service. She started reading John’s Gospel to understand who Jesus is, before Scripture’s warnings against occult practices brought deep conviction. Costanza repented, asked Jesus to save her, discarded thousands of dollars’ worth of occult materials and ended her involvement with spiritual gurus. She now believes the spirits she once pursued were demonic and publicly shares her testimony, encouraging others that nobody is beyond the reach of Christ’s saving grace.
